AZ Burn Lawyers – Wade & Nysather is proud to partner with the Arizona Burn Foundation for their Fall 2025 Smoke Alarm Walk, a life-saving event focused on burn injury prevention and fire safety awareness in high-risk Arizona communities.
Taking place in Peoria, AZ, this powerful outreach effort brings together volunteers, firefighters, and burn prevention advocates to install smoke alarms in homes throughout vulnerable neighborhoods — all at no cost to the resident.

One working smoke alarm can mean the difference between life and death — especially for children, older adults, and people with disabilities.”
Raising Awareness, Reducing Tragedies
During the walk, trained volunteers go door-to-door, installing smoke alarms, providing safety checks, and educating residents on fire response and maintenance best practices. These efforts are vital for reducing home fire deaths and burn injuries — especially in underserved and high-risk populations.
The AZ Burn Lawyers team has long advocated for fire safety education, burn injury recovery resources, and victims' rights, with a dedicated focus on serving families affected by catastrophic burns throughout Arizona.
