In March 2026, the Changsha R&D Center of RTZK welcomed two groups of long-distance partners in succession — a delegation from Thailand and a technical team from Inner Mongolia. They participated in the first and second sessions of RTZK’s special dealer training program, further deepening technical understanding, operational knowledge, and mutual trust.

Phase I: Thai Partner Delegation Visits RTZK for In-Depth Training

On March 13, 2026, Mr. ATSANEE MIYAPHAN, Chairman of the Thai delegation, led his team to China to attend RTZK’s first advanced dealer training session.

Solid Theoretical Training

On the first day of training, RTZK’s senior experts delivered systematic instruction on Asphalt Mixing plant product knowledge, core process flows, and key structural components. The session also included detailed discussions on the resource utilization of construction waste.

The training covered multiple aspects, including equipment principles, process design, core components, and intelligent control systems. The content was closely aligned with the practical needs of the Thai market and received strong recognition from the visiting delegation.

On-Site Equipment Observation

On March 14, the Thai delegation traveled to Anhua, Yiyang, to observe the live operation of the Asphalt 3015 equipment. They then continued to Xiangtan for a close-up visit to the Asphalt 4020 integrated plant.

The operating machinery, smooth production flow, and clean working environment left a strong impression on the visitors, who frequently used their phones to record what they saw on site.

Cultural Exchange Beyond Training

In addition to the technical sessions, RTZK’s marketing manager accompanied the Thai guests on a tour of Changsha, where they experienced authentic Hunan cuisine and explored the city’s local culture. The delegation also visited Shaoshan, the hometown of Chairman Mao, to experience Hunan’s distinctive historical heritage and urban vitality.

Phase II: Inner Mongolia Technical Team Returns for Further Training

The second training session welcomed RTZK’s partners from Inner Mongolia, who returned with front-line operational experience and future upgrade needs.

Advanced Technical Discussion

On March 20, the Inner Mongolia team held a full day of face-to-face technical exchange with RTZK experts.

During the training, RTZK’s engineering team shared in-depth knowledge ranging from the working principles of the mixing main unit to recycled drying drum technology, from weighing accuracy control to environmental protection system maintenance. The session provided a comprehensive breakdown of the core technologies behind asphalt equipment.

Both sides also conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the high-value utilization of construction waste, efficient equipment operation, and intelligent maintenance, combining theoretical learning with practical exercises.

Practical Site Training

On the morning of March 21, the technical team traveled to Xiangtan to observe the live operation of the Asphalt 4020 integrated plant.

From raw material feeding to finished material discharge, and from environmental protection systems to the intelligent control panel, RTZK experts provided on-site explanations and answered technical questions, effectively connecting classroom knowledge with real-world operation.

Building Stronger Partnerships Through Technology and Trust

From Thailand to Changsha, and from Inner Mongolia to Hunan, these training sessions reflected more than technical cooperation. They demonstrated how partnerships can grow stronger through equipment performance, product quality, practical support, and shared development goals.

For RTZK, dealer training is not only a way to transfer technical knowledge, but also an important bridge for strengthening cooperation and building long-term market confidence. In the spring of 2026, these face-to-face exchanges once again highlighted RTZK’s commitment to working closely with its partners and supporting their growth through professional training and real project experience.
