Spark Power is pleased to announce that it has received shareholder approval for all resolutions voted upon at its annual and special meeting of shareholders.

- Re-approval of the Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan: 81.199% of shareholders voted For the resolution and 18.801% of shareholders voted Against the resolution
