("IBC" or the "Company") (TSXV:IB)(OTCQB:IAALF) announces that, pursuant to its stock option plan, it has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees, and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,910,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company, exercisable for a period of 5 years from the date of grant at a price of C$0.24 per share. The options vest as follows: 25% vests on the grant date and 25% will vest on each of the next three anniversaries o the grant date.
