(NASDAQ: VIVK) ("Vivakor" or the "Company"), a clean energy technology company focused on the oil remediation and natural resources sectors, today announced that it has received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market informing the Company that, after having a closing bid price at or greater than $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days from April 19 to May 2, 2024, the Company has regained compliance with the minimum closing bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, and that the matter is now closed.
