Amy Barlow named Senior Vice President

Alliant Insurance Services has announced Amy Barlow has joined the company as Senior Vice President. Barlow will focus on leading agribusiness and forestry growth and development initiatives.

“Our agribusiness and forest product practice is designed to help us build deeper client relationships, while delivering excellent insurance solutions to our clients,” said Peter Arkley, President, Alliant Specialty. “Amy’s background in the middle market space and specialization in casualty placements for real estate, food and forestry products will bring tremendous value to Alliant.”

Barlow has significant insurance experience, with 27 years in the underwriting and brokerage fields. Most recently, Barlow served as Senior Vice President for a global insurance brokerage where she worked as the Pacific Northwest and Northern California Middle Market Broking Leader. Prior to that, Barlow held various underwriting positions including Senior Underwriter for Chubb.

Barlow earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Whitman College.
