monday.com Ltd. (“monday.com”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,700,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $155 per share. In addition, monday.com has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 370,000 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Thursday, June 10, 2021 under the ticker symbol “MNDY.” The offering is expected to close on June 14, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
