Mike Honeycutt named Senior Vice President

Alliant Insurance Services has announced Mike Honeycutt has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Alliant Public Entity. In this role, Honeycutt will focus on providing innovative and strategic risk management solutions for public entity clients in Alliant’s newly created Public Entity, Education & Pooling Practice. Honeycutt has expert-level insurance know-how and will work to negotiate the needs of public entity clients.

With 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, Honeycutt has held various positions at the three of largest global brokerages, all focusing within the public entity sector. Most recently, Honeycutt served as Senior Vice President at a global insurance broker.

Honeycutt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business.
