(ForgeRock) (NYSE: FORG), a global identity leader, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 12,650,000 shares of its Class A common stock, which includes the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 1,650,000 shares of Class A common stock, at the initial public offering price of $25.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. ForgeRock’s Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FORG”.
Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, Mizuho Securities, and HSBC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. BTIG, Cowen, Piper Sandler, Truist Securities, and William Blair acted as co-managers for the offering.
