UMC Receives “Best Foundry” Honor from Infineon

United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: UMC; TWSE: 2303) (“UMC”), a leading semiconductor foundry, announced today that UMC was named “Best Silicon Foundry (CMOS)” by Infineon Technologies AG (FSE: IFX / OTCQX: IFNNY), recognizing UMC’s dedication to manufacturing excellence and strong commitment to support customers amid recent supply chain disruptions.
