Enterprise software industry expert joins leadership team to drive global product strategy

ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, today announced that it has appointed Shahin Hatamian as Chief Product Officer. Hatamian will guide ECI’s product vision and be responsible for translating that vision into a strategy roadmap, overseeing the creation and execution of all product-related activities.

As an enterprise software leader with over 25 years of high-tech industry experience, Hatamian has proven his extensive knowledge of product development and business strategy. Before joining ECI, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Strategy for Mitchell International, a SaaS solution provider to the P&C insurance industry. For over 12 years, Hatamian created value through product strategy formulation and execution, product management and marketing, M&A, sales support and the development and execution of short and long-term division strategy. Prior to Mitchell, he served as Vice President of Product Management and Delivery for Toshiba America Information Systems, where he was responsible for product strategy and implementation of Toshiba’s IP-based voice communication solutions, voice applications, call center solutions, mobility solutions and numerous partner products.
