GUARDIAN RFID Announces Key Promotions to Accelerate Innovation

Corrections Industry-Backed Leadership Team Helps Company Continue to Lead Officer Experience Platform (OXP) Market

GUARDIAN RFID, a global leader in inmate tracking systems, announced four promotions including Daniel Quam as Director of Product, Mark Cowley as Director of JailOps, Adit Modhvadia as Product Manager, Mobility, and Mackenzie Koch as Senior Marketing Specialist.

Daniel Quam has served as Director of JailOps since 2021. Previously, he was Jail Administrator of the Fort Bend Co. Jail (Richmond, Texas), and led the implementation of GUARDIAN RFID in 2016. His 21 years of corrections experience, spanning technology, operations, compliance, and inmate management will drive innovation to help jails and prisons across the country deliver on their digital imperative.

Mark Cowley joined GUARDIAN RFID in 2021 and has helped drive customer success through education and training. Prior to joining GUARDIAN RFID, Mark was Jail Administrator of the Bingham Co. Sheriff’s Office (Blackfoot, Idaho), where he served for 34 years in a variety of capacities. As Director of JailOps, Mark will lead the JailOps team to support, coach, and enable our Warrior community to maximize their defensibility, reduce their liability, and get home safe.

“Daniel and Mark are phenomenal leaders who live our shared values of trust, respect, dedication, and understand the importance of our Warrior-Led mindset,” said Ken Dalley, Chief Warrior, GUARDIAN RFID. “They bring breadth and depth of corrections knowledge to our rapidly expanding user community, while having earned the respect of every Guardian.”

GUARDIAN RFID also announced the promotion of Adit Modhvadia to Product Manager, Mobility, who will lead all of the company’s hardware and software mobility initiatives. Adit joined GUARDIAN RFID in 2021 and has been a key member of the Command Cloud development team, working on Mobile Command XR, the next generation of their flagship mobile platform, which supports face recognition, and machine learning capabilities.

Mackenzie Koch has been promoted to Senior Marketing Specialist. During her time with GUARDIAN RFID, Mackenzie has led the company’s content marketing initiatives to educate, inspire, and establish GUARDIAN RFID as a thought leader.
