Costello to Serve as Strategic Advisor to Clients and Help Drive Their Success

Virtual, Inc. today announced the appointment of Ashley Costello as a Managing Director. Virtual provides professional services to associations, standards organizations, consortia, advocacy groups, and professional societies.

As a Managing Director, Costello will act as an advisor to a portfolio of clients that are forming, growing and changing, focusing on client priorities to drive measurable results. She will foster trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal Virtual stakeholders and team members, to ensure alignment of goals and success in reaching them.

Before Virtual, Costello worked at Philips Healthcare as a business marketing manager for the company's healthcare informatics venture, where she established successful go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, developed sales strategies, and formed strategic alliances.

Costello was previously a field marketing manager at Philips, where she drove C-level customer engagements and improved customer experience initiatives. Before that, she served as an account director at Stackpole & Partners. Earlier in her career, she held several key positions at Tufts Healthcare. Costello holds bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from Bryant University, and she is currently enrolled in a program to obtain her MBA at Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a program to obtain a certificate in Framing & Launching Solutions at MIT.
