Diligent Announces Fourth Annual Modern Governance 100 Program

Nominations open to celebrate General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Internal Audit and other governance, risk, compliance and ESG professionals leading with purpose

Now in its fourth year, Modern Governance 100 is a world-leading recognition program that honors professionals in governance, risk, compliance, ESG and local communities who are leading with purpose. These talented modern governance leaders are moving their companies and communities forward by providing meaningful insights for greater transparency and improved decision-making.

Nominations may be submitted across five categories: Compliance & Business Ethics Leader; ESG, Diversity & Climate Trailblazer; Modern Governance Innovator; Outstanding Community Ally; and Strategic Audit & Risk Management Advisor. Modern Governance 100 nominations are open to recognize top talent including Chief Compliance Officers, Heads of ESG/Sustainability, General Counsel, Company Secretaries, Chief Legal Officers, Clerks, Chief Audit Officers, Chief Risk Officers and Administrators.

Recipients will be selected by an expert panel of judges and announced during Diligent’s Modern Governance Summit (MGS), the premier governance event bringing together thousands of professionals in governance, risk, compliance, audit and ESG across all industries. Taking place September 12 – 14, 2022 online and in Austin, Texas, the fourth annual MGS will explore key issues like digital transformation, climate action and sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and more.
