Forge Global Holdings, Inc., (“Forge” or the “Company”), a global private securities marketplace, today announced upgrades to Forge Intelligence designed to enhance the experience of Forge Data customers and provide more visibility into the private market so they can invest intelligently.

Forge Intelligence is a first-of-its-kind web-based product designed to give investors access to Forge’s proprietary trading data and to support insights and analysis that help investors design investment strategies.

The new Forge Intelligence experience includes front-and-center data on the biggest price movers on the Forge platform, showing data customers which private companies have encountered the largest secondary price swings. Visual summaries of trade activity now alert data customers to changes in pricing since they last logged in to Forge Intelligence and instantly summarize companies with the most prolific trading activity.

Additional enhancements include two new integrated data sets accessible to Forge Intelligence customers. Membership Interest Transfers, which are purchase and sale of fund units directly between clients, are now included in the secondary transactions table and price history overlay. And Forge Intelligence customers will now be able to access Enhanced Public Marks data, which include 8,642 total public fund marks sourced form 95 funds across 282 issuers, providing the users with an expanded breadth of data points to enhance pricing and valuation analysis.

In addition to the upgrades to the Forge Intelligence experience, Forge announced today that Volume Weighted Average Price of private stocks (VWAP) will be extended beyond the Forge Data platform to Forge Markets clients. VWAP is calculated using historical trade data available exclusively on Forge Markets. Private market participants will be able to view VWAP on private company stocks that trade on the Forge platform when logged into Forge Markets. VWAP provides clients with an unprecedented level of transparency, allowing them the opportunity to incorporate the most recent market color into their investment process.
