Blue Ridge tapped Vecima’s Professional Services team for its Assisted Operations support which uses proprietary tools to remotely monitor Blue Ridge’s IP video network for issues and maximize system up-time and operational efficiency. Vecima provided a dedicated Vecima customer success engineer to ensure seamless operations.
