Achievers Employee Experience Platform Awarded First Place in “Baker’s Dozen” Customer Satisfaction Ratings by HRO Today

Based on an independent analysis of feedback collected from 220 verified recognition customers and buyers, Achievers earned the No. 1 position out of nine R&R platform providers. Achievers also ranked first place in the survey’s breadth of service category.

Being named the top recognition platform by customers today follows similar placement by Everest Group’s 2023 Rewards and Recognition (R&R) Solutions PEAK Matrix® earlier this year. In the analyst group’s assessment of the industry’s vendors, Achievers was ranked No. 1 in vision and capability based on relentless innovation and increase in scope and delivery of services.

Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, scores are calculated in all three categories and determine an overall score.
