Clark – gateway to northern Philippines – follows Manila, Cebu, and other popular Asia Pacific cities to become the luxury carrier’s 18^th destination

Taiwan-based luxury carrier STARLUX Airlines celebrated a significant milestone today with the inauguration of its daily service between Taipei and Clark, the airline’s third destination in the Philippines. Now North American travelers can easily fly from Los Angeles to Clark – the gateway to northern Philippines and island tourist destinations – via Taipei. STARLUX currently serves the Philippines with flights to both Manila and Cebu.

The inaugural flight, JX790, took off from Clark International Airport at 10:45 am local time. The flight was preceded by an opening ceremony that included a ribbon cutting, cake cutting and cultural dance performance. Participating officials and executives included:

New Taipei to Clark Route

STARLUX is serving the route with its next-generation Airbus A321neo aircraft configured in a two-class layout, with eight seats in Business Class and 180 in Economy Class. The schedule for the new flights to Clark is shown below:
