ComPsych Launches 20th Annual Health at Work Awards Call for Entries

International Awards Program Honors Organizations that Prioritize Employee Health and Well-being

ComPsych® Corporation, the world’s largest provider of mental health services and GuidanceResources® for life, today announced the call for entries for the 2024 Health at Work Awards. Now in its 20th year, the Health at Work Awards program recognizes organizations who prioritize employee health and well-being through innovative, multi-platform programs.

Organizations across a broad variety of industries, sizes and geographies are invited to submit their applications, detailing how they destigmatize mental health issues, improve access to care, strengthen inclusion/belonging and leverage digital tools to improve the well-being of their workforce. In addition to awards given across multiple size bands – from small businesses to enterprise level corporations –ComPsych also offers specialty awards in the following categories:

  • Mental Health Heroes: Awarded for outstanding program or initiative that promotes a positive mental health culture and reduces stigma around mental health issues.
  • Health Equity: Awarded for outstanding program or initiative that uniquely supports underserved populations and improves health equity.
  • Innovative Integration: Awarded for exemplary holistic program that addresses the different dimensions of well-being including physical, financial, emotional, social and intellectual.
  • Global Champion: Awarded for outstanding program with the most dynamic and comprehensive global employee engagement.
  • Power of Leadership: Awarded for organizational leadership that is committed to exemplifying the value of engaging in employee well-being initiatives.

Submissions will be accepted online here through Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024. A panel of ComPsych leaders will evaluate submissions based on the merit and breadth of their well-being programs, employee engagement and communication, and measurable outcomes among employee populations. Winners will be announced in the spring of 2025.
