Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB), (“Kish” or the “Company”) parent company of Kish Bank, today announced that on October 1, 2024, its Board of Directors increased its regular quarterly cash dividend by $0.02, or 5%, to $0.39 per share. The dividend will be payable October 31, 2024, to shareholders of record on October 15, 2024.
“We continue to generate profitable operations, which sustains our ability to steadily increase the cash dividend for the ninth consecutive year,” stated William P. Hayes, Executive Chairman. Kish has paid uninterrupted dividends since 1987.
