The nomination deadline is December 1, 2024. Award recipients will be announced at Phenom’s annual industry conference, IAMPHENOM (March 11-13, 2025 at the Philadelphia Convention Center). The Talent Experience Awards celebrate the biggest accomplishments in overcoming organizations’ most critical hiring and retention challenges, while driving transformative results and improving experiences for candidates, employees, recruiters, talent marketers, talent leaders, hiring managers, HR and HRIT teams.

HR professionals who have made significant contributions to their organizations’ talent acquisition and talent management efforts can submit a nomination in up to three categories:

• Talent Acquisition Team of the Year: Achieved outstanding success in recruiting top talent, demonstrating excellence in strategy, execution, and collaboration to meet organizational hiring goals
• Talent Management Team of the Year: Provided exceptional leadership and innovation in talent management, significantly contributing to the growth and development of their organization's workforce
• Best Early Talent Recruiting: Achieved exceptional effectiveness in employing innovative event management and university recruiting strategies to attract and engage early talent
• Top Collaborator of the Year: Showed exceptional collaboration skills, fostering teamwork and achieving outstanding results through effective partnership and cooperation
• Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year: Earned by an individual demonstrating outstanding leadership and innovation in talent acquisition, driving significant improvements in their organization's recruitment strategies and outcomes
