Ionic Digital, Inc. (“Ionic” or the “Company”), a digital infrastructure and cryptocurrency mining company, today announced the appointment of Anthony McKiernan as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. McKiernan, who brings more than two decades of public company financial services leadership experience, succeeds John Penver, who departed from his role as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
