USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) (“USA Compression”) today announced that its 2023 tax packages, including the Schedule K-1, are now available online and may be accessed at taxpackagesupport.com/usac. USA Compression will begin the process of mailing the 2023 tax packages to unitholders over the next week. Unitholders may also call Tax Package Support at 1-855-521-8151 or visit USA Compression’s website at usacompression.com in the Investor Relations section under K-1 Information.
Unitholders should be aware that the 2023 Schedule K-1 was prepared under current tax law which is subject to change pending the possible enactment of Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act of 2024 (referred to as “H.R. 7024”). In its current form, this legislation includes changes in tax law which would be applied retroactively to the 2023 tax year and may require USA Compression to issue revised 2023 Schedule K-1s if it does so. If H.R. 7024 is enacted, USA Compression will issue a press release to update unitholders on the availability of revised 2023 Schedule K-1s.
