Black Hat Asia 2024: Full Schedule Programming for Singapore Event

Black Hat, the cybersecurity industry’s most established and in-depth security event series, today announced its full schedule programming for Black Hat Asia 2024. Taking place at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore from April 16 to April 19, this year’s event will feature more than 40 Briefings, four days of Trainings, over 25 Sponsored Sessions, and 60 Arsenal tool demos.

Black Hat Asia 2024 Keynotes

  • David Koh will present his talk on Thursday, April 18 at 9:00 AM. Koh is Singapore’s first Commissioner of Cybersecurity, the founding Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency (CSA) of Singapore, and Chief (Digital Security & Technology) at the Ministry of Communications and Information.



  • Ruimin He will present his talk with Jeff Moss on Friday, April 19 at 9:00 AM. He is Singapore’s Chief Artificial Intelligence (AI) Officer, the Singaporean government’s Deputy Chief Digital Technology Officer, and a member of the United Nations High-level Advisory Body on AI. Moss is the Founder of Black Hat and DEF CON conferences, former Chief Security Officer and VP at ICANN, and current member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council.

Black Hat Asia 2024 Briefings

Briefings will take place on April 18 and April 19, and feature more than 40 Briefings hand selected by the Black Hat Asia Review Board. Attendees will learn the latest in information security risks, research, and trends on topics covering everything from enterprise security, exploit development, reverse engineering, and more.

Black Hat Asia 2024 Trainings

Cybersecurity professionals interested in enhancing their skills can participate in this year’s Trainings, being held both in-person and virtually from April 16 to April 19. These two- and four-day, deeply technical, hands-on courses are led by the information security industry’s top trainers and professionals. Courses will feature a variety of topics, including pentesting, network technology, open source intelligence (OSINT), and more.

Black Hat Asia 2024 Business Hall

Business Hall passes, or Business passes, are currently available for the 2024 event. The Business Hall showcases the latest products and technologies from leading information security solution providers. Hours to access the Business Hall will be 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on April 18, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on April 19. Business passes will provide access to the Keynotes, Arsenal, Sponsored Sessions, Exhibitor Booths, Bricks & Picks, and more. All Black Hat Asia 2024 pass holders will have access to the Business Hall.

  • The Black Hat Executive Summit will take place on Wednesday, April 17 and offer chief information security officers (CISOs) and other cybersecurity executives an opportunity to hear from a variety of industry experts who are helping to shape the next generation of information security strategy. Black Hat Arsenal at Black Hat Asia 2024

This year’s Black Hat Arsenal at Black Hat Asia will take place in the Business Hall on April 18 and April 19, and will bring together researchers and the cybersecurity community to showcase and demonstrate their latest open-source tools and products in a conversational environment where presenters can interact with the attendees. This year’s event will feature 60 in-person tool demos spanning exploitation and ethical hacking, reverse engineering, Internet of Things (IoT), hardware, and more.

Black Hat Asia 2024 Features

New for 2024, Black Hat Asia 2024 will welcome additional Features. Highlights include:

  • Bricks & Picks: New for 2024, Bricks & Picks will be a combined activity space for attendees to delight their playful and creative sides with plastic building bricks and locks. This activity area will be led by experts in both areas, feature competitions, hands-on demonstrations, and more. Bricks & Picks will take place in the Business Hall on April 18 and April 19.



  • Community Program: The Community Program will include sessions that encourage collaboration among attendees and presenters through discussions of current issues impacting the cybersecurity community. Topics will cover inclusion, mental health, a Call for Papers (CFP) writing workshop, and more. The Community Program will take place in the Business Hall Theaters on April 18 and April 19.
