With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and early experience in social work, Lisa brought her skills to the business world, excelling in HR roles across various industries. Lisa currently serves as the President of the Greater Valley Forge HR Association, a SHRM Affiliate chapter in Southeastern PA. She is involved with the New Choices Career Development Program Board at Delaware County Community College and serves as the Co-Chair of the Campus Philly Employer’s Council. Lisa is passionate about supporting working women and parents, exemplifying the award’s core values of diversity and inclusion.
