KNK Holdings Group, Inc., based in Troutman, North Carolina, is an acquisition entity formed by two experienced entrepreneurs to purchase Pro-San Maintenance Supply, Inc. and other North Carolina based distribution businesses.

Executive Managing Director, Bill Kushnir, and Senior M&A Advisor, Peter Stone, established the initial relationship with Pro-San Maintenance Supply, Inc.
