Generational Group Advises Ray the Mover of Naples, Inc. in its sale to PackGistics

PACK is a group of private investors who collaborated to acquire Ray the Mover. The investment team includes Matthew Mullaney, Megan Smith, and Dan Duschene, who worked together on this venture.

After two decades in warehousing and distribution, Megan Smith, Managing Director of PackGistics (PACK), enters the moving and storage industry with the launch of PACK and its first acquisition, Ray the Mover. This partnership combines client-focused, tech-driven solutions to simplify the moving experience for families and businesses across Southwest Florida.

PACK is disrupting the moving and storage industry by blending technology, logistics, and customer service. The founders have over 50 years of combined knowledge in operations, transportation, and distribution. PACK is redefining how moving is orchestrated and executed in Florida and beyond.

Executive Managing Director, Ed Weber, and Senior M&A Advisor, Michael Querard, established the initial relationship with Ray the Mover.
