Kentik, the leader in network observability, today announced the appointment of enterprise software industry veteran Jason McKerr as Senior Vice President of Engineering. McKerr will oversee Kentik engineering, driving advancements that enable network, cloud, and infrastructure teams to optimize critical network infrastructure at global enterprises and leading service providers.

McKerr brings over two decades of experience leading engineering teams at prominent technology companies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Engineering at Pendo, where he was instrumental in scaling the company's engineering operations to support rapid growth.

Then, at Red Hat, McKerr played a pivotal role in advancing the company's open-source software initiatives, contributing to the development of scalable and secure solutions for enterprise customers.

His appointment comes as Kentik continues to expand its platform capabilities and scale its operations to meet the growing demand for comprehensive, AI-driven network observability solutions.
