Private Client Select Insurance Services LLC (PCS), a leading independent Managing General Underwriter that is majority owned by Stone Point Capital LLC and American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), today announced that Ross Bowie has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Bowie joined Private Client Select in February 2024 as President and Chief Risk Officer with responsibility for optimizing the company’s portfolio and improving the financial performance of Private Client Select.

Prior to joining Private Client Select, Mr. Bowie served as President & Chief Underwriting Officer of Orchid Insurance. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Bankers Insurance Group and ASI, a Progressive subsidiary.
Mr. Bowie succeeds Christopher Flatt, has who served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Private Client Select since March 2024. Mr. Flatt will continue to serve on PCS’s Board of Directors.
