AM Best's Canadian Market Outlooks: Insured losses in 2024 notched the costliest year on record with wildfires and flooding pushing catastrophe-related claims to CAD 9.0 billion. AM Best analysts will provide an economic overview, as well as analysis of the performance of Canada’s property/casualty and life/annuity lines of business with outlooks for the coming year.
A panel discussion on emerging issues will address recent regulatory changes, the macroenvironment, cyber coverage and the rise of private credit.
