The Atropos Evidence Agent, a best-in-class agentic AI solution for real-world evidence generation will collaborate with Microsoft to provide personalized clinical evidence at the point of care through Dragon Copilot

Atropos Health, a pioneer in translating real-world clinical data into personalized real-world evidence (RWE) and insights, today announced the Atropos Evidence™ Agent, an expert agent in generating real-world evidence (RWE). Atropos Health is now embedding personalized evidence within the EHR at Stanford Health Care with data from ChatEHR to provide improved personalized RWE at point of care. As part of a pilot with Microsoft, Atropos Health will combine ambient encounter data from Dragon Copilot with the Atropos Evidence™ Agent.

The Atropos Evidence™ Agent generates personalized RWE embedded in the EHR. The Atropos Evidence Agent accesses the patient record and patient level information such as “reason for visit” via ChatEHR, Stanford Health Care’s AI tool that translates patient records into plain language. Based on the data, the Agent generates RWE in order to provide documentation for treatment options or other care decisions - without the physician ever needing to ask a question. The RWE from the agent is integrated into the EHR, allowing the physician to save time by staying in the workflow. Atropos Health and Microsoft plan to take this collaboration further and pilot deeper direct integration into the Dragon Copilot ambient workflow.
