(NASDAQ: ESLA) (“Estrella” or the “Company”), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing CD19 and CD22-targeted ARTEMIS® T-cell therapies to treat cancer and autoimmune diseases, announces that, as previously disclosed in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on September 29, 2025, the Company has regained compliance with the listing requirements of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”). This confirmation follows the Company’s successful efforts to improve its balance sheet, including raising new capital to continue development of its therapeutic candidates.
Specifically, on September 23, 2025, the Company received two letters from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq. The first letter confirmed the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The second letter confirmed the Company complies with the minimum market value of listed securities requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2). Nasdaq has advised that both matters are now closed.
