Altice USA Changes Corporate Name and NYSE Ticker Symbol to Align with Optimum Brand

Altice USA, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that it will change its corporate name to Optimum Communications, Inc, effective November 7, 2025. The Company will cease trading under New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) ticker symbol “ATUS” and begin trading under the new symbol “OPTU” on November 19, 2025.

The changes are part of the Company’s continued transformation and reflect its commitment to a unified brand identity centered around Optimum – the name trusted by millions of customers across the country.

“This is more than a name change – it’s a reflection of who we are and where we are going,” said Dennis Mathew, Chairman and CEO at Optimum. “As we accelerate our transformation and deepen our commitment to our customers, employees, and communities, aligning our corporate identity with the strong Optimum brand underscores our focus on simplicity, performance, and purpose. It’s an incredibly exciting time for the organization as it enters its next chapter as one unified Optimum.”

This milestone marks a step in the Company’s multi-year transformation journey. From modernizing its network and enhancing the customer experience to investing in innovation and streamlining operations, the Company is evolving rapidly – and today’s announcement reflects the growing momentum behind that evolution.

There will be no change to the Company’s CUSIP in connection with the name and ticker symbol changes. The name and ticker symbol changes do not impact the Company’s ownership structure, leadership, services, or day-to-day operations.
