Fifth Third Private Bank Named Best for Customer Service in North America for Second Year

Fifth Third Private Bank, a division of Fifth Third Bank (Nasdaq: FITB), is pleased to announce its second consecutive recognition as the Best Private Bank in North America for Customer Service. The honor is part of the 2025 Global Private Banking Awards presented by Financial Times' group publications The Banker and Professional Wealth Management.

“Enduring relationships built on trust and performance are the cornerstone of our continued success at Fifth Third Private Bank,” said Cary Putrino, interim private bank managing director. “This recognition affirms our unwavering commitment to empowering clients to live confidently —day in and day out. It reflects that our clients’ financial success and the quality of service we provide remain our highest priorities.”

Earlier this year, Fifth Third Private Bank was named Best Private Bank for High Net Worth Clients (Globally) by The Digital Banker and Global Private Banker for the fourth year and Best Private Bank for Succession Planning (Globally) for the second year as part of the 2025 Global Private Banking Innovation Awards.

Additionally, the Private Bank was named Best Private Bank (US, Regional) for the sixth consecutive year by Global Finance and the United States’ Best Private Bank for High Net Worth Clients by Euromoney in its 2025 Private Banking Awards. Datos Insights presented the Private Bank with its 2025 Impact Award for Best Innovation in Digital Client Experience.

Global Private Banking Awards aim to gather qualitative and quantitative information from private banking groups to be able to give a set of awards for excellence. Award entries must provide growth and performance measures and information on key achievements, changes or improvements made during the year before in relation to their business and investment models, growth strategies, customer service, staff retention and other areas. Submissions are judged by an expert panel of 21 industry professionals based in North America, Asia and Europe.
