Recently, Allen was the Managing Director of Cyber Technology Consulting at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led global cybersecurity and IT initiatives. His career has spanned various industries, including financial services, healthcare, media and technology.

Previously, he provided advisory as well as fractional CIO and CISO services as an Operating Partner at CXO Partners, helping organizations modernize their cybersecurity infrastructures and align IT strategies with business objectives. Early in his career, Allen spent two decades at Mycroft Incorporated in New York City, where he leveraged his innovative approach to build and enhance advanced infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
