United States District Court for the Western District of Texas Confirms Iteris’ Compliance with Prior Settlement Agreement

Iteris, Inc., the world’s trusted technology ecosystem for smart mobility infrastructure management and part of Almaviva Group, today announced the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas has ruled in favor of Iteris in the litigation brought by Wavetronix LLC. In its lawsuit, Wavetronix alleged that Iteris breached a 2015 Settlement Agreement related to Iteris’ Vantage Vector traffic control system. Wavetronix sought specific performance of the contract and an award of attorneys’ fees. However, after a bench trial, the Court entered final judgment against Wavetronix and in favor of Iteris.
