Caliber Appoints Casey Santos as Chief Technology Officer

Seasoned executive leader in technology and innovation will support Caliber’s growth strategy

The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands, including Caliber Collision and Caliber Auto Glass, today announced the appointment of Casey Santos as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective immediately. In her new role, she will oversee Caliber’s technological initiatives and accelerate the advancement of new and innovative technology. Ms. Santos will report directly to Caliber’s Chief Executive Officer, David Simmons. Ashley Denison will continue to serve in her role as Caliber’s Chief Information Officer and partner directly with Ms. Santos to design and deliver transformational technology solutions. Caliber’s investment in evolving technology is a key component to its growth strategy and commitment to delivering more solutions for its partners and customers.

With more than 30 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation and delivery across the finance, insurance and technology services industries, Ms. Santos brings extensive expertise to support Caliber’s growth. Most recently, she led strategic technology initiatives, global technology infrastructure and operations and internal procurement as Chief Information Officer at Asurion, a leading equipment insurance provider. Prior to Asurion, Ms. Santos also served as Head of Business Process Innovation at Alliance Bernstein, where she built and led the business process improvement team that drove significant efficiency gains for the leading global asset management company. In addition, she has also served as Chief Technology Officer at General Atlantic, a leading Private Equity firm with a reported $71 billion current assets under management.

During her time at Asurion, Ms. Santos drove innovation with AI-driven call center platforms, improved supply chain efficiency models and developed new products to support major appliance repair and mobile mechanic services. She has also served previously as a strategy consultant at McKinsey Consulting.

Ms. Santos serves on the boards of Omnicom, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Nashville Electric Service. She has also held leadership and advisory roles with organizations such as the Nashville Technology Council, AWS, Zoom, and Writer and is a recipient of honors from AI 150, HITEC, Nashville Tech Council, WomenTech, and Constellation Research. She holds degrees from MIT (B.S. in Aerospace Engineering), and the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A. and M.A.), and in her free time, Ms. Santos enjoys spending quality time outdoors, traveling, and hiking with her husband and son.
