(“Oceaneering”) (NYSE: OII) announced that its Aerospace and Defense Technologies (ADTech) segment has been down-selected from multiple teams and awarded a multi-year contract by the U.S. Department of Defense to design, build, test, and deliver a maritime mobility system.
