Client Services Expert Ashley Powers Joins Alliant Insurance Services

Powers to focus on business process efficiencies and innovation for western region benefits operations

Client services expert Ashley Powers has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Irvine, California, Powers will focus on enhancing business process efficiencies and driving innovation for Alliant’s western region benefits operations.

“Ashley has a deep understanding of the client service experience and consistently delivers strategic solutions that empower service teams to exceed client expectations,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits. “Her combined experience in client service, benefits consulting, and operations further strengthens our position in Southern California and across the western region.”

Powers joins Alliant as a proven leader in operational excellence, benefits administration, consulting, and customer service. With more than 13 years in the benefits industry, Powers has experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Prior to joining Alliant, Powers was Vice President of Client Services for a national business consulting company, focusing on operations, team development, and client retention. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Vanguard University.
