Former Google Cloud executive brings 20+ years of AI, cybersecurity, and cloud leadership to help build the firm’s next-generation AI practice

MorganFranklin Cyber, a leading cybersecurity advisory and managed services firm, today announced the appointment of Alison Andrews as Managing Director to lead the firm’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice. In this role, Andrews will expand and scale MorganFranklin’s AI capabilities, lead go-to-market strategy and delivery, and shape the firm’s broader vision around AI-powered transformation.

A veteran technology executive, Andrews brings more than two decades of experience in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud innovation. Most recently, she served as Global Director at Google Cloud, where she led the creation of an agentic solutions platform that uses generative AI to streamline enterprise solutions, driving 20x efficiency gains. She also played a key role in productizing Google Cloud’s security offerings and generating hundreds of millions of dollars in pipeline through scalable engineering practices and board-level commercial strategies.

Andrews’ career spans startups, venture-backed platforms, and global enterprises. As the founder and CEO of Vigilant, she grew a premier managed security services provider that was later acquired by Deloitte. She also led investments in cybersecurity and IOT companies such as Bishop Fox, Enveil, and IOTAS while a general partner at 1843 Capital, and held early leadership roles at MicroStrategy during its IPO and global expansion.
