Amy Nauiokas is a transformational CEO, founder, investor, and advocate who has spent three decades running and building purpose-led organizations at the intersection of access, equity, and innovation. As Founder and Group CEO of Anthemis, she has led the digital revolution in Financial Services, investing in and supporting more than 250 companies. Amy is also the founder of Archer Gray, an award-winning production company. She earned a B.A. in International Studies from Dickinson College and an M.A. in International Business from Columbia University.
