Located in Derby, Kansas, Clearwater Engineering, Inc. provides precision machining, CNC milling, and supply chain management services for the commercial and government aerospace sectors. Founded in 1987, the company has established itself as a leader in CNC milling and high-volume turn-lathe machining. Clearwater employs approximately 40 people, and its current leadership team will remain in place.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Precision Aerospace Holdings, LLC is a privately held aerospace and defense manufacturing company specializing in hard metal and tight-tolerance machining for the defense and space sectors.
