Conducted by Workforce Research Group, the evaluation included a review of each employer’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, as well as an anonymous employee survey focused on the overall employee experience. Combined scores determined the final rankings, with Workforce Research Group overseeing registration, data analysis, and the official results.
