Staples Business launches Everyday Champions contest, recognizing janitorial, sanitation and facility professionals, with three $10,000 winners.

From August 13 to September 15, Staples Business will accept nominations at stapleseverydaychampions.com that spotlight individuals who go above and beyond in their roles. Eligible nominees may include facility staff such as janitors, custodial teams, facility managers or others working behind the scenes to keep organizations running smoothly.

Prizing includes:

• Three grand prize winners will each receive $10,000¹
  • The individuals who nominated them will each receive $500
• Five honorable mention prize winners will receive $1,000

Much of the essential work of commercial cleaning happens when most people have gone home, overnight or during off-hours. Yet their impact is felt in every clean surface, safe hallway and operational building.

The Everyday Champions contest is focused on real people and real impact. Staples Business will celebrate winners with in-person site visits, professional video and photography and digital profiles that capture the dedication and meaning behind their work.

Winners will be announced on or about October 10.
