IIS Announces 2025 RGA Leaders of Tomorrow Finalists: Showcasing the Industry’s Rising Stars

The International Insurance Society (IIS) has announced the finalists for the prestigious 2025 RGA Leaders of Tomorrow award, recognizing three outstanding insurance professionals from a competitive global cohort of mentees who have demonstrated exceptional leadership potential.

Mentees authored original research addressing critical topics affecting the insurance and risk management sectors. A panel of seasoned insurance executives evaluated the mentees’ work, recognizing those who presented the most practical and innovative solutions.

The 2025 finalists are as follows:

While all mentees in the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program demonstrate exceptional promise as an emerging industry leader, these three finalists will participate in a special panel session at the IIS Global Insurance Forum on Oct. 27 in Switzerland where they will showcase their research. One finalist will be named the 2025 RGA Leader of Tomorrow at the event.

The Global Insurance Forum runs Oct. 26-27 at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue.
