Prior to joining MorganFranklin Cyber, he held senior leadership roles at HCLTech, Perot Systems (now NTT Data), and Publicis Sapient, where he led global practices, delivered strategic advisory services, and incubated industry-leading frameworks and methodologies recognized by independent analysts.

Arora has a proven track record of developing scalable frameworks, driving enterprise-wide adoption of cybersecurity best practices, and enabling technology adoption across industries, including banking and financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail and consumer goods, and manufacturing. His expertise spans IT governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, third-party risk management (TPRM), AI/GenAI governance and resiliency.
