Dent Wizard, the global leader in automotive reconditioning services, is excited to announce that Bryan Wynn has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. This promotion is part of a planned leadership transition designed to ensure continuity and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Mike Black, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2018 and dedicated more than 23 years to Dent Wizard, has transitioned into a mentoring and advisory role. In this capacity, Black will continue to provide strategic guidance and leadership support as the company moves into its next phase of growth.

Wynn joined Dent Wizard in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and most recently served as President. Prior to joining Dent Wizard, he served as an executive vice president at Bain Capital, where he worked closely with portfolio companies on growth strategy, operational scale, and value creation – including companies within the automotive services and refinishing sectors.
