The addition of permanent makeup expands the studio’s existing tattoo and piercing services, which have been part of the Mississauga community for years. Each session is performed by Alison, a certified eyebrow artist with over three years of hands-on experience in microblading and ombre techniques. She completed her professional training in Colombia, specializing in creating results that complement each client’s natural features.
Microblading uses a handheld tool to create fine, hair-like strokes that blend with the client’s existing brow hair. The result is a natural shape that lasts up to 18 months. Each session begins with custom brow mapping based on facial proportions and color tone. Ombre brows, on the other hand, use a small machine to create a soft, shaded gradient. The color transitions from light at the front to darker at the tail, giving a powder-filled look that typically lasts one to two years.
Clients can also choose a combination brow treatment that blends both methods. This option provides the natural hair-stroke look of microblading with the soft shading of ombre brows. It offers a fuller, more defined finish for those who prefer longer-lasting color and texture.
All permanent makeup procedures at Xtremities Tattoo & Piercing Studio follow strict hygiene standards. The studio uses sterile, single-use equipment and surgical-grade pigments. Before each session, clients receive a consultation and can request a patch test for sensitive skin. Aftercare instructions are provided to support healing and maintain results.
