His work focuses on empowering professionals through sharper decision-making and meaningful leadership development, with a mission to transform challenging relationships into powerful assets.
Throughout his career, Eldon has revitalized struggling nonprofits, expanding budgets, strengthening revenue-generating programs and played a pivotal role in growing two successful for-profit startups.
A Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Addiction Counselor, he holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University.
