Marcus & Millichap Tampa Office Promotes David Bradley

TAMPA, Fla. – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the promotion of David G. Bradley to Vice President and Regional Manager of the firm’s Tampa office.

Bradley joined the Marcus & Millichap firm in 2004, as a leading investment sales broker specializing in multifamily property investments. In 2007, he shifted from selling commercial real estate to management and expansion of the firm’s Ft Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Washington DC, Chicago, and Tampa offices. In 2020, he relocated from downtown Chicago to Tampa, where he will continue to grow and expand one of the top-producing offices for the firm as the Vice President and Regional Manager.

“Growing up in a family of educators, I found that contributing to the growth of others was even more fulfilling than brokerage. Our business can be extremely gratifying but also challenging,” said Bradley. “My firsthand experience as a broker allows me to understand the difficulties that the brokers go through on a day-to-day basis, which provides insight into how I can help them grow. It would be difficult to develop the talents of others without firsthand knowledge of the process.”

Headed by Bradley’s exceptional leadership, the Tampa office had a 65% increase in transactions from 2020 to 2021, despite the pandemic, for a total sales volume of $2.2 billion. On the success of the Tampa office, Bradley said, “We are fortunate to have some of the best and brightest brokers I have ever worked with in my nearly two decades in the business. Our rapid growth is a testament to our brokers’ hard work and commitment to providing value to their clients. It is easy to excel when you are surrounded by good people,” Bradley added.

“David’s pedigree and experience have melded well with the talented salesforce in our Tampa and SW Florida markets,” Ryan Nee, senior vice president and division manager. “It has been a privilege to watch the region grow under David’s leadership. Bradley graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and maintains community involvement as a core value of the office. The Tampa office recently volunteered for trash pickup at a local beach in support of Earth Day, and partnered as a firm with Feeding America for the “Million Meals Initiative,” in which the goal was to raise enough money and volunteer enough hours to feed over a million people.
